I would like to express my dissatisfaction about your service.

It was clearly stated on your website that your restaurant is the only one in the city which offers birthday cakes, so I decided to celebrate my birthday there. I told the cooks that I wanted a big chocolate cake and they agreed to make it, but at the last time they told me that the cake would not be finished for the day I wanted. As you could imagine this caused me considerable embarassement.

To make matters worse, the waiters do not treat us very well.

I would be grateful if you could look into the matter urgently.

THE PERSON I DISLIKE MOST

Alison is a classmate. She arrived this year in my school and she hasn't got lots of friends. Even though I have spoken few times to her, I dislike her.

Her hair is dark and curly. She has small and brown eyes and a very big mouth. She is tall and slim and her skin is dark.

She is such a selfish person and is totally self-centered. She also is big-headed and it's impossible to change her opinion. She loves doing sport, and I think that this is the reason why she is broad-shouldered. She practices tennis every day, and sometimes plays football.

I think she never eats junk food and loves animals. She can be good-natured, but this is my first impression of her and I think that anything and anybody can change my opinion.

About my gamestyle I am an offensive player, my best strike is the forehand topspin. Nowadays my blade model is Zhang Jike Off- and my rubbers Tenergy 05.

Towards my disponibility, I can train all the mornings, and Monday and Thursday evenings. Moreover Tuesday and Saturday I will go to the gym, and one day every week I will go running.

Finally I have my own vehicle and a flat in Dortmund.

My best friend is called Tony. He is sixteen years old and he lives near my house. He is a little bit taller than me and he is very fit. He has short cut hair and he has big green eyes. He dresses like people twenty years ago, but it looks very well at him. Maybe bescause we have always seen him wearing the same.

He is very popular at school because he is very friendly, an really outgoing with his close friends. He is very funny to stay with, but at the same time, he feels a bit nervous when anything doesn't go like he expects. He is a very perfectionist person and he will be what he wants because he is really hard-working.

I think it's my best friend because he always makes me laugh, and if someone asked the same question to both of us, we would answer the same. We both play the guitar too, and we play in a band, and i think it helps so much to considerate Tony my best friend.

THE PERSON I DISLIKE MOST

The person I dislike most is Carla Gaya. We used to be friends when we were younger, but a few years ago we had a big row and now we aren't speaking to each other. We had a row because when we were friends I told her that I was in love with a boy, and she tried to kiss him, so I get angry with her. 

Carla is sixteen years old, she is tallish and slim, so a lot of boys want her to be his girlfriend. She's got long, straight dark hair and big brown eyes. Her face is like porcelain: she's got pale skin, without freckles, with a little mouth and a little nose, so it seems that her eyes are bigger. Her teeth are little and white, so her smile is beautiful. She has nearly perfect physical appearence, and this makes me hate her more!

In spite of her beauty, Carla is really silly. She doesn't like studying, so she often fails exams. She's outgoing, she is always going to parties and she makes new friends, most of them are boys. She's self-centred too, because she always thinks about herself and she never thinks about her friends' problems. Moreover, she's very easy-going.

There are only two things that Carla is interested in: boys and go shopping. She always has the most beautiful clothes, so boys are always looking at her, and she loves that. I hate her because despite she is silly, all the boys are looking after her!

THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF USING A BIKE AS A MEANS OF TRANSPORT

Nowadays, there's a lot of people who use a bike as a means of transport. Many people think that using a bike more than the car or the bus is a good idea, but there are opinions both for and against it.

On the one hand, using a bike is environmentally friendly because it doesn't contaminate, so in this way we can reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide and the climate change. Moreover, to ride a bike can help us to increase our health and become fit, because we are doing physical exercice. Furthermore, we can go to the places in a bike with our fiends, family or couple and it can be funnier than going in a car.

On the other hand, the bike is slower than the car and we can feel exhausted if we aren't fit, so we can't go to a far place because it would take many days or weeks to arrive. In addition, only one person can ride a bike, so we have to spend a lot of money to buy a bike for each person, and we can also fall down.

To sum up, I think that using a bike as a means of transport has interesting benefits because we can help our planet and our health, so my opinion is that we should try to use bikes a little more.
