Mrs Bea Rose,

 

I am writing to complain about a purchase that I've made recently from your internet site and about the way I was treated when I rang to complain.

 

Firstly, I want to explain you that I bought an MP3 player last Friday on your well-known internet site Gadgets to Go, and unfortunatly it didn't work. Secondly, to make malters worse, I called to your complaints Department and I found a very rude person who told me very disgasting words. She said that I had broken it, so I was the responsible of the disaster.

 

Finally, I would be very grateful if you could look into this matter for me. I would like the replacement of my MP3 player or a full refund.
